The word "estela" translates as "trail," and the Estela 2 Light Sconce takes its inspiration from the cascading paths nature carves and the wild beauty surrounding them. Doubled-up recycled wavy steel vanes are finished in matte black with a slight French gold edge — a detail inspired by the Monarch butterfly's wing edge, and one of the reasons Estela reads as a true designer light fixture rather than a stock sconce. As a wall sconce light, it works flanking a bed, a vanity mirror, or a hallway transition, as a vanity sconce or bathroom wall sconce, the matte black grounds the space while the gold edge picks up warmth from nearby finishes. Hand-forged from 70% recycled steel and hand-finished in small batches, with low-VOC paint layered for depth.
