This is a product and labor inclusive warranty. Typically, web sites, big box, and electrical wholesale distributors cover product repair or replacement only. Madison Lighting maintains and extensive inventory of fixtures and we work with several suppliers who will expedite their shipment, in order to satisfy your more immediate needs.
Selection Assistance & Technical Expertise
Take advantage of not only the thousands of decorative fixtures we have on display and in stock, but also our supply of all those specialty items such as under cabinet lights, tape light, transformers and drivers, replacement glass, missing hardware, etc. that always seem to pop-up just as your trying to close out a job. If we don’t have the part, our service department can get it. Our lighting consultants are always ready to help work through the associated technical issues such as dimmer compatibility, replacement LED options, low voltage failures, and returns or replacements.
